Our Spa Policies

We put an emphasis on industry safety because your health is vital to us.

  • Tools

    After each usage, tools are completely cleaned, disinfected, packaged, and sterilized in a FDA registered autoclave.

  • Single Use

    Single-use tools, including nail buffers and nail files are discarded after each use.

    Your pedicure experience will include a disposable jet liner.

  • Ventilation

    Ventilation system is in place to aid in preserving the airflow’s purity.

LATENESS

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances occasionally arise and that being late might be challenging to avoid. We ask that you please give us a call if you expect to run late.

We provide a 15-minute grace period without notice. If you run late beyond our grace period, we may consider you as a walk-in and provide the next availablility.

CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS

If you need to cancel or alter your appointment, please give us a call at least 10 hours in advance.

Please kindly understand that when a canceled or no-show appointment occurs, we miss the opportunity to best serve our clients.

ARRIVALS

We recommend you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to check in and select your desired color and enhancements.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Please let us know if you are pregnant or have any related health conditions before receiving your service. This will enable us to tailor your service to best suit you.

We kindly request that you reschedule your appointment if you are ill in order to preserve a healthy environment. When scheduling your service, kindly wait a few days after becoming healthy.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Starlight Hair & Nails Spa serves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion and without details or reasons.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

We offer paper gift certificates without an expiration date.

PAYMENTS

We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards, or a valid gift certificate.

GUARANTEE

We will gladly touch up your chipped nails within three days of your service. Please send us an email at starlightpeabody@gmail.com within this time frame to qualify for our guarantee.

REFUND

All sales, services, and gift certificate purchases are final. We do not offer any refunds.
